Our goal is to make every transaction personal and pleasant for our customers. Our return and exchange policy is as liberal as possible to allow the chance to fine-tune your order. Please make sure you have read through these policies and adhere to these procedures for any returns or exchanges you decide to submit.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee every item made and then sold from http://www.TURTLESON.com. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each and every one. We guarantee the items will arrive to you in the manner and form as described in their individual product descriptions. Our Guarantee covers:

  • Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
  • Failure of materials
  • Production defects

Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our Guarantee applies to all Turtleson items purchased through our Online Store at http://www.Turtleson.com.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept a returned item for exchange or refund as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Was purchased within the past 60 days from our Online store at http://www.TURTLESON.com
  • Is still in its original unworn, unaltered, unwashed state
  • Shows no signs of wear or use
  • Still has all original tags and size markers attached
  • Was not marked as FINAL SALE at the time of sale.


Clearance items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.

Returning an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from www.Turtleson.com, please visit the RETURNS & EXCHANGES page to apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). ALL Returns and Exchanges MUST have a pre-approved RA# before it is return-shipped. All RA# requests are handled manually and may take a full business day to process.

Please note that every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

Return shipping carrier choice and delivery service are the duty of the customer. Turtleson will provide a pre-paid return shipping label ONLY for returning faulty products or incorrect shipments…and ONLY after a RA# is approved. Customer must pay return shipping charges for all other returns and exchanges. Turtleson will return-ship exchanges to you at no charge within the Continental United States. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty, and taxes, including returns and exchanges.

Please insure your package for its value.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your RA# approval email and your full contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a pre-approved RA#. If feasible, please write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of your return package as well to expedite processing
