All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Eligible items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, show no signs of wear or use, and have all original tags and size markers attached.

How to start a return or exchange

Visit our returns and exchanges portal to start your request. Follow the portal instructions and use the prepaid return shipping label provided for eligible returns and exchanges. There is no return shipping charge for eligible returns or exchanges.

Every returned item is subject to evaluation by our Returns Team. If you need assistance or received an incorrect or faulty item, contact our Customer Care team or call 1-877-408-8353.

We guarantee the items will arrive to you in the manner and form as described in their individual product descriptions. Our Guarantee covers:

Production defects
Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.
