You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We strive to ship standard orders within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped you'll a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address or any changes to your order. We will do our best to update your order but we are unable to change orders that are currently being fulfilled by our warehouse.

Yes, we do ship internationally. You can place your order directly on our website and the shipping options and amounts will be shown. We do NOT calculate for your local taxes, import fees, tariffs, VAT, or other country based fees. You will still be responsible for these costs beyond the original Turtleson order. 

All of our orders ship from Bristol, TN and shipping times will vary. We do offer overnight and 2nd day air as expedited shipping options which can be selected during checkout.
