Tournament Program FAQs

Turtleson can build your custom website in days. You will be assigned an inside coordinator to manage your virtual even from beginning to end. From creating your landing page to fielding guest questions, we're here to handle the details so you can focus on something else.

We're all in: Product, Embroidery, Personalized Gift Box, Shipping and an inside Full-Service Coordinator

You set the criteria for product, budget, logo standards, and shipping (individual drop ships or one location) and send the communication to your participants. We'll give you product suggestions, create your landing page and link, manage the fulfillment and provide you with one invoice with back up detail.

Our inventory is in near real time - so your guest will get what they order.

You decide? If yes, we'll secure your feedback in advance with details on placement and color direction. Our world-class embroidery team will handle the rest.

We keep an updated list of members/guests and can manage this for you.

We will review any missing participants with you and will gladly follow up with that individual.

We will work with them directly to return the item and drop ship a new one.

As little or as much as you want! You're looped-in at every level so you can track who has yet to order, identify popular color selections with actual size scales, and manage timelines with ease.
