If an item falls short due to workmanship, material defects, or production issues, we'll make it right. Our guarantee does not cover general wear, accidental damage, improper care, or third-party alterations.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item meets the following conditions:
- Purchased within 30 days from Turtleson.com
- In original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
- No signs of wear or use
- All original tags and size markers attached

Shipping Information
Orders will be processed within 4 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Embroidered items (including our collegiate collection) will be processed within 7 business days.
$10.00 flat rate. Free Ground Shipping for all orders $200 or more.
Standard Ground Shipping orders will arrive within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Rural Routes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is not currently available.
$25.00 flat rate for orders of any value.
Orders must be placed by 11am EST to qualify for same day shipping of non logo'd items. 2-Day shipping orders arrive within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Saturdays or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, 2-Day Shipping orders arrive within 4 business days. 2-Day Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods. Also, some products may not qualify for 2-Day Shipping.
$40 flat rate for orders of any value.

Garment Care Guide
Turtleson garments are crafted from the finest materials and built to last. Proper care helps preserve their quality and longevity. Always refer to the care instructions on your garment's tag.
Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low. Hang wovens or lay sweaters flat to reduce wrinkles. Iron on low heat with steam if needed.
Dry clean or hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or rubbing to maintain quality.
