Simply start your return or exchange within 30 days of the date you placed your order. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We guarantee every item made and then sold from http://www.TURTLESON.com. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each and every one. We guarantee the items will arrive to you in the manner and form as described in their individual product descriptions. Our Guarantee covers:
Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
Failure of materials
Production defects
Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our Guarantee applies to all Turtleson items purchased through our Online Store at http://www.Turtleson.com.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept a returned item for exchange or refund as long as it meets the following criteria:
Return or exchange is started within 30 days of the date you placed your order at Turtleson.com
Is still in its original unworn, unaltered, unwashed state
Shows no signs of wear or use
Still has all original tags and size markers attached
Was not purchased as a sale item.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from www.Turtleson.com, please visit the RETURNS & EXCHANGES page to apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). ALL Returns and Exchanges MUST have a pre-approved RA# before it is return-shipped. All RA# requests are handled manually and may take a full business day to process.
Please note that every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.
Returns and exchanges are complimentary for eligible items. After your return or exchange is approved, Turtleson will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. Use the provided label and follow the return instructions. We will also ship your exchange to you at no charge.
Please insure your package for its value.
If you are returning an item to us, please include your RA# approval email and your full contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a pre-approved RA#. If feasible, please write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of your return package as well to expedite processing
